Sonic Labs And Rabby Wallet Introduce Gas-Free Trading Program
The Fantom Foundation and Sonic Labs are excited to introduce the Gas-Free Trading Program in partnership with Rabby, a leading wallet option across the crypto ecosystem.
Starting July 22, the program will sponsor the gas for up to 10 decentralized exchange (DEX) transactions per unique user on Opera for 90 days. The program is available to new wallets or those who have been inactive for 90 days on the network at the program’s launch.
The Gas-Free Trading Program coincides with the launch of the 2nd round of Meme Season and is a first-of-its-kind initiative from Sonic Labs and Rabby to encourage trading on the network. Sonic Labs CEO, Michael Kong, commented on the program:
“We’re excited to kick off our larger partnership with Rabby with this unique free gas program that will see participation from the largest DEXs in the space and showcases Sonic’s commitment to the community. We want to continue giving back to our ecosystem and are thrilled to have found a partner in Rabby that is committed to the community-first mentality that our entire network is built upon.”
Over 22,700 FTM will be available to sponsor users’ gas fees. Eligible DEXs include 1inch, Beethoven X, Degen Express, Equalizer, Memebox, ODOS, ParaSwap, SilverSwap, Solidly, SpookySwap, SushiSwap, Velocimeter, and WigoSwap.
The program will continue until Sunday, October 20, or until the sponsored funds have run out. Following the program, Rabby will be one of the primary wallet launch partners for the Sonic network upon its launch.
