Fantom partners with Clover to accelerate the adoption of cross-chain DeFi
Fantom is proud to announce a new strategic partnership with Clover to accelerate and boost the adoption of cross-chain DeFi.
Clover and Fantom will focus on several unique products to drive the shared vision of interoperability and a cross-chain DeFi ecosystem on Fantom Opera and Clover's parachain.
The partnership's primary goal is to integrate Fantom-based assets into the Clover DeFi Platform. The full EVM compatibility of Clover Finance enables seamless integration with Fantom, allowing Clover to introduce Fantom-based assets and DeFi applications to the Polkadot users.
Fantom and Clover will collaborate on these principles, starting with a focus on a few sets of products, including the Clover extension wallet and Cloverscan, to contribute to Fantom's growing cross-chain network effect.
Clover has successfully launched an open beta browser extension wallet, with inherent support for Fantom Opera mainnet built-in. This will allow users to easily interact with successful Fantom-based dapps such as Multichain.xyz and Popsicle Finance and interact with Polkadotjs based networks such as Clover, Kusama, and Edgeware, amongst others. The Clover team will design a seamless user experience using the multichain dapp combined with the cross-chain extension wallet.
