Welcome to the Fantom Q1 Hackathon for 2023

The Fantom Foundation is calling on you to build a working software application that integrates with the Fantom blockchain! Need tips on how to get started? Check out our full developer documentation here and feel free to drop by the official Discord with questions, as well as our official forum for more long-format help!

New to Fantom and starting from square one? Find our "getting started" information here.

Helpful tip: On Fantom, you can deploy your dApps just like on Ethereum.

Fantom is developer friendly, Solidity & Vyper compatible – start building with tools you’re already familiar with: Remix, Truffle, and MetaMask.

Submission Period: January 25, 2023 (12:00 pm Eastern Time) – March 8, 2023 (5:00 pm Eastern Time)

Judging Period: March 10, 2023 (10:00 am Eastern Time) – March 19, 2023 (5:00 pm Eastern Time)

Winners Announced: On or around March 23, 2023 (3:00 pm Eastern Time).

Requirements

What to Build

Build a working software application that integrates with the Fantom blockchain.

What to Submit

  • Include a video (no more than 3 minutes) that demonstrates your submission. Videos must be uploaded to YouTube, Vimeo, or Facebook Video and made public.
  • Provide a URL to your code repository. Provide access by making it public or sharing with testing@devpost.com and dev@fantom.foundation
  • Provide links from https://ftmscan.com/ to your contracts.
  • The completed submission form on Devpost before the deadline.
